The beginning of better work

Ask for the work. Get the document back.

Tirbo is an assistant for the person who is the whole team. It sits across your mailboxes and your phone, drafts the replies, fills the forms and builds the documents, and asks before anything goes out.

DSAR bundle — Okafor Review ready
Redact the personal data of everyone except the requester in this DSAR bundle, and tell me what you took out.

I went through all 42 pages. I’ve proposed 118 redactions: third-party names, addresses and two bank details. Nothing is burned in yet.

Review before download

118 proposed redactions across 42 pages

  • 91 names
  • 25 addresses
  • 2 bank details

Once you approve, I’ll burn the redactions in and give you the PDF with a schedule of what was removed.

Message Tirbo…

Your assistant

A PA that sits across every inbox you have.

Consultants work across several organisations. Small-business owners are the finance team, the sales team and the school run. Tirbo is built for that: one assistant across your mailboxes and your phone, managing the volume so you can do the work only you can do.

  • Watches

Your work mailbox and your personal one, on the schedule you set. It reads what came in, decides what matters, and parks the rest. Outlook and Gmail.

  • Proposes

For anything that needs an answer it drafts one, in your voice, from your templates and the thread. A proposal is a proposal until you approve it.

  • Texts

When something needs you, it texts you. Reply by text to approve, change or ask a question. On the train, at the school gate, between clients.

Nothing is sent, filed or paid without you. Every proposal shows what it read and what it will do.

tTirbo07:52
Morning. Two things need you, the rest I’ve handled or parked.
1. Halstead sent back the MSA at 07:40. One change: the liability cap moves from 1× to 2× annual fees, clause 9.2. That’s within the range your MSA skill allows for a deal this size. I’ve drafted a reply accepting it. Reply 1 to send, or “show” for the redline.
2. The school’s trip consent form is due Friday. I’ve filled it from last year’s and it’s in your Drafts. Reply 2 and I’ll send it.
1 and 2
Both sent. The MSA reply is in the Halstead thread with the redline and a note of the change. I’ll chase if nothing comes back by Thursday.

What it does

When it needs to do the work, it has the tools.

Beyond the inbox, Tirbo runs a catalogue of tools that produce finished documents. Long jobs pause for you to check them before anything is final.

Redact

DSAR bundles, done properly

Finds the personal data of everyone but the requester, proposes every mask, and burns them in only when you approve.

Try asking

“Redact everyone except the requester in this bundle.”

Due diligence

A data room, read for you

Every document checked against the questions you care about, with a gap list at the end and a citation for every finding.

Try asking

“Review this data room for change-of-control clauses.”

Build

Decks, reports and letters

A deck in your template, a report from your notes, an engagement letter from your precedent. Yours to edit, not a draft to start from.

Try asking

“Build a ten-slide pitch from these notes, in our template.”

Extract

Paper into a spreadsheet

Invoices, statements, schedules and tables, lifted into a sheet with every figure traceable to the page it came from.

Try asking

“Put every invoice in this folder into one sheet.”

Translate

The whole document, intact

Legal and technical translation that keeps your formatting, fields, numbering and defined terms exactly where they were.

Try asking

“Translate this brief into English and keep the layout.”

Fill

Forms and templates

Your own forms and templates, filled from the documents you give it, with every value checked against its source.

Try asking

“Fill our client onboarding form from this passport and utility bill.”

On your phone

Runs where your day runs.

Most of what needs you is a yes or a no. Tirbo is built so you can give it from anywhere.

1

An iPhone app

The whole assistant in your pocket. Ask, approve, read what it drafted, share a file into it from any app.

2

Texts, both ways

It texts you when something needs a decision. You text back to approve, change or ask. No app needed for that part.

3

Spoon-fed, on purpose

No settings maze, no admin console. Connect a mailbox, pick when it should look, and you’re done. It learns the rest from what you approve and what you change.

Microsoft 365 add-ins

In the tools you already use.

Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with the same assistant, your templates and your files. Install from the store in a minute.

How it works

Three steps. You hold the pen.

Every tool cites its sources and asks before it finalises anything. Nothing is sent, signed or burned in without a person saying so.

  1. 1

    Ask

Describe the job the way you’d brief a colleague. Attach the files, or point at a folder.

  2. 2

    Check

Tirbo does the work and stops at the moments that matter: a redaction, a figure, a clause. You approve, change or reject.

  3. 3

    Download

The finished document comes back in the format you need, with every claim cited and a record of what was done.

Who it’s for

For the person who is the whole team.

Consulting, advisory, legal, accounting, property, design. Anyone whose work is documents and conversations, and whose week doesn’t fit in a nine-to-five.

Consultants across several organisations

Three clients, three mailboxes, one of you. Tirbo keeps each engagement’s files, threads and templates straight, and tells you what needs you today.

Small businesses juggling everything

You’re the finance team, the sales team and the person who signs the forms. One assistant across the invoices, the proposals, the HMRC letters and the school run.

People whose work and life overlap

A work inbox and a personal one, watched together. The same assistant that drafts the client reply fills in the insurance form.

It’s time to go.

Sign up in a minute and try it for a month. £20 a month for your first three months, then £50. Cancel whenever you like.

Offices in London and Strasbourg.
